4/3: Address numbers, part 2

Once I’ve established the dimension of the address numbers, the next step is to add color. Clearly this is an area that will benefit from this project, but at least the color replication is fairly accurate!

4/2: Address numbers, part 1

Getting to work on my next mosaic project! For address numbers, the first step is to sketch them out on graph paper to make sure they are straight and even. One of the great parts about working with graph paper is that I can adjust the margins between and around the numbers with scissors and tape, assuming I start with wider margins than I expect to use in the end.
